Other Facial Surgery Patient 11
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of protruding ears. On preoperative photos, noticed the protruding ears on both sides with the widened auricular mastoid distance. Also noticed attenuation of the antihelical folds. Options were discussed and the patient and her family elected for bilateral otoplasty. Dr. Bhama performed otoplasty using multiple techniques, including skin excision, cartilage scoring, and Mustarde sutures. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating a dramatic improvement in her auricular appearance and stronger antihelical folds bilaterally. She was very happy with the result.
Other Facial Surgery Patient 12
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama for a lesion of the right medial canthus region. Dr. Bhama discussed options with the patient and family, and they elected for excision under local anesthetic. Dr. Bhama performed surgery under local anesthesia only. Surgery went well. Early post-operative photos are shown. The patient and family were very happy with results. The scar will continue to fade with time.

Surgery went well and early postoperative photos are shown. The scar will continue to improve with time and the patient was very happy with the results.
