Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping) Before & After Photos

Rhinoplasty Patient 91

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama complaining of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and he elected for sept rhinoplasty. Given the severe nature of his septal deviation, extracorporeal septoplasty was required. Surgery went well. Post-operative photos are shown. Notice the dramatic improvement on profile view and the improved triangularity of the nose on base view. He was very happy with the results from both a breathing and cosmetic standpoint.


Rhinoplasty Patient 92

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama complaining of nasal obstruction. Examination demonstrated septal deviation, nasal valve collapse, and tip ptosis as well as a prominent dorsal hump. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty. She desired a natural look. On postoperative photos noticed a dramatic improvement in frontal view, improvement in triangularly of the nose on base view, and improvement in dorsal contour on profile views. She was very happy with results from both an aesthetic and functional standpoint.


Rhinoplasty Patient 93

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of difficulty breathing through his nose. He did not desire any major cosmetic changes to his nose. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating a straighter nose on both frontal and profile views and retainment of his overall aesthetic. Patient was very happy from a breathing as well as cosmetic standpoint.


Rhinoplasty Patient 94

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery. He did not desire any major changes to the appearance of his nose. Early post-op pictures are shown demonstrating an improvement in his dorsal lines on frontal view, and improvement of the dorsum on profile view. His overall aesthetic is stable, and he was very happy with results of surgery. Swelling will continue to improve with time.


Rhinoplasty Patient 95

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. On frontal view noticed the deviation of the dorsum to the left. This is also evident on base view. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty with osteotomies. Surgery went well and early postoperative photos were shown demonstrating a improvement in his dorsum on both frontal and profile view as well as a base view. He was very happy with results. His swelling will continue to improve with time.

Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. He did not wish to have any major cosmetic changes. Surgery went well, and early post-operative photos are shown. Notice the dramatic improvement in nostril symmetry on base view. He was very happy with results. The scar will diminish with time.

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. On pre-operative frontal view, notice the deviation of the dorsum to the left side. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. Surgery went well and early post-operative photos are shown. Notice the improvement in the dorsum on both frontal and profile view. He was very happy with results of surgery. His swelling will continue to improve with time.

This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. He did not wish to have any cosmetic changes to his nose and wanted a natural appearance. Options were discussed and he elected for endonasal (closed) rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. Surgery went well and post operative photos are shown here. Notice the maintenance of his pre-operative appearance. He was very happy with results.
