Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping) Before & After Photos

Rhinoplasty Patient 61
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama for nasal obstruction. He did not want to change the appearance of his nose. Options were discussed and he elected for endonasal (closed) septorhinoplasty. Dr. Bhama performed close rhinoplasty using minimally invasive techniques. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating improvement in the patient’s nasal valve collapse and preservation of his overall aesthetic. He was very happy with the results from both a functional breathing and cosmetic standpoint.
Rhinoplasty Patient 62
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama for nasal obstruction. On exam he had nasal valve collapse. Options were discussed and he elected for functional septorhinoplasty. He did not desire any major cosmetic change to his nose. Early postoperative photos are shown. Noticed the preservation in the overall aesthetic of his nose. He was happy with both the appearance and function of his nose postoperatively. The scar will continue to fade with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 63
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a history of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty. She did not desire major changes to the aesthetic appearance of her nose. Surgery proceeded uneventfully. Postoperative photos are shown demonstrating an improvement in the external nasal valves as well as a well-healed scar. The patient was very happy with the cosmetic results as well as the breathing.
Rhinoplasty Patient 64
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of difficulty breathing through her nose. She does not desire any major cosmetic changes to her nose. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty with nasal valve reconstruction as well as turbinate reduction. Surgery went well and early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating an excellent aesthetic result. The patient was very happy with results of surgery. Notice the faint scar through the columella. This will continue to fade with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 65
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with complaints of difficulty breathing through her nose. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty. On pre-operative photos, notice the dorsal hump, and nasal tip twisted to the right side. Dr. Bhama performed septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction using multiple techniques. Surgery went well, and early post-operative photos are shown. Notice the improved nasal profile, as well as the improved tip symmetry. She was very happy with her breathing, as well as the cosmetic appearance of her nose.
Rhinoplasty Patient 66
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of difficulty breathing through his nose. On preoperative frontal view noticed the deviation of the nasal dorsum to the right. On base view noticed the substantial asymmetry in the nostrils. On profile view, there is ptosis of the nasal tip. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating a substantial improvement in his dorsum on frontal view. On profile view, tip ptosis has been improved, and on base view there is more symmetry of the nostrils. He was very happy with the functional and cosmetic result.
Rhinoplasty Patient 67
Dr. Bhama evaluated this patient for nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative photos noticed the severe deviation of the dorsum to the right and the prominent dorsal hump. Dr. Bhama performed septorhinoplasty, nasal valve repair, and turbinate reduction. Surgery went well. Early postoperative use her shown demonstrating a dramatic improvement in the frontal view. His dorsum is now straighter. On profile view his dorsal hump has been improved. On base view the tip is now in the midline. He was very happy with results of surgery from both a functional and cosmetic standpoint.
Rhinoplasty Patient 68
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama by her primary care physician with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction. She did not desire a major change to the appearance of her nose. On postoperative photos, noticed the straight nose with the improvement in the dorsal contour. She was very happy with both cosmetic and functional results. Her scar will continue to fade with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 69
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama for chronic nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative photos, notice deep pinching in the supra alar region, as well as the asymmetric nostrils. Surgery went well, and early postoperative photos are demonstrated. He was very happy with the breathing as well as the cosmetic results.
Rhinoplasty Patient 70
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chronic history of nasal obstruction despite use of nasal sprays. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative frontal view noticed the droopiness of the nasal tip and deviation of the nasal dorsum to the right. Profile view demonstrates a hanging columella and droopiness of the nasal tip and poor tip support. Surgery went well, and early postoperative photos are shown. Noticed the dramatic improvement in tip ptosis, as well as the improvement in his profile view. He was very happy with both the cosmetic results and the breathing. His swelling will continue to improve with time.
