Rhinoplasty Patient 70
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of difficulty breathing through his nose. On preoperative frontal view noticed the deviation of the nasal dorsum to the right. On base view noticed the substantial asymmetry in the nostrils. On profile view, there is ptosis of the nasal tip. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating a substantial improvement in his dorsum on frontal view. On profile view, tip ptosis has been improved, and on base view there is more symmetry of the nostrils. He was very happy with the functional and cosmetic result.
Rhinoplasty Patient 71
Dr. Bhama evaluated this patient for nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and the patient elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative photos noticed the severe deviation of the dorsum to the right and the prominent dorsal hump. Dr. Bhama performed septorhinoplasty, nasal valve repair, and turbinate reduction. Surgery went well. Early postoperative use her shown demonstrating a dramatic improvement in the frontal view. His dorsum is now straighter. On profile view his dorsal hump has been improved. On base view the tip is now in the midline. He was very happy with results of surgery from both a functional and cosmetic standpoint.
Rhinoplasty Patient 72
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama by her primary care physician with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction. She did not desire a major change to the appearance of her nose. On postoperative photos, noticed the straight nose with the improvement in the dorsal contour. She was very happy with both cosmetic and functional results. Her scar will continue to fade with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 73
This patient was referred to Dr. Bhama for chronic nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative photos, notice deep pinching in the supra alar region, as well as the asymmetric nostrils. Surgery went well, and early postoperative photos are demonstrated. He was very happy with the breathing as well as the cosmetic results.
Rhinoplasty Patient 74
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chronic history of nasal obstruction despite use of nasal sprays. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. On preoperative frontal view noticed the droopiness of the nasal tip and deviation of the nasal dorsum to the right. Profile view demonstrates a hanging columella and droopiness of the nasal tip and poor tip support. Surgery went well, and early postoperative photos are shown. Noticed the dramatic improvement in tip ptosis, as well as the improvement in his profile view. He was very happy with both the cosmetic results and the breathing. His swelling will continue to improve with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 75
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction refractory to conservative measures. On pre-op photos, notice the severely pinched middle vault. This is evident on frontal view. Also notice the over rotation of the nasal tip. Options were discussed and she elected for septorhinoplasty. Surgery went well. Early postoperative photos are shown demonstrating a dramatic improvement in her dorsal lines evident on the frontal view. On oblique view, notice the improvement in her tip rotation. She was very happy with both cosmetic and breathing results. Her swelling and scar will continue to improve with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 76
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction refractory to management with medication. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction. He did not wish to have any major changes to the aesthetics of his nose. Surgery went well, and he was very happy with the results. Notice the dramatic improvement in straightening of his nose on base view. His swelling will continue to improve with time.
Rhinoplasty Patient 77
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. He had a history of previous nasal trauma. Options were discussed and he elected for rhinoplasty. On pre-operative photos, notice the irregular dorsal lines on frontal view. On profile view notice the polly-beak deformity and hanging columella. Dr. Bhama performed septorhinoplasty with osteotomies. Surgery went well, and early post-operative photos are shown. Notice the smoother dorsal lines on frontal view, and correction of the pollybeak deformity and columellar retraction on profile view. He was very happy with cosmetic results and was able to breathe better through both nostrils.
Rhinoplasty Patient 78
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. On exam, he was found to have a severely deviated septum and nasal valve collapse. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. He desired a natural result with no major cosmetic changes. Surgery went well and early post-operative photos are shown demonstrating an excellent result with preservation of his overall aesthetic. He was very happy with the cosmetic results and was able to breathe well through both sides of his nose.
Rhinoplasty Patient 79
This patient presented to Dr. Bhama with a chief complaint of nasal obstruction. Options were discussed and he elected for septorhinoplasty. He did not want any major cosmetic changes to his nose. Early post-op pics are shown demonstrating a preservation of his overall aesthetic. He was very happy with his results.
